Marta Batalla Eguidazu, began her professional career in the Antitrust Department of Clifford Chance and Ramón y Cajal law firms, in their Madrid offices.
Marta has also practiced as a paralegal and an international lawyer in renowned law firms, including US firms Davis Polk and Simpson Thacher, in its Madrid and London offices, where she acquired a solid experience in Company & Corporate matters and capital market.
Thanks to her involvement in high level operations in the most prestigious international law firms, Marta has developed an important commercial view of the legal world where she combines her negotiation and communication skills with her creativity and pursuit of excellence.
